Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after confirming payment.

Shipments are delivered by overseas courier service with registered tracking number attached.Please note that estimated delivery time is calculated when the parcel is dispatched.

Delivery time may be affected due to festive holidays of the destination. Unfortunately, we may not be able to change your shipping address once your order has been submitted.

International customers are responsible for all handling fees, taxes and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

We are not responsible for any customs and import duty charges. Please contact your local customs office in regards to any customs and import duty charges.
